[MPlayer-DOCS] homepage translation into Russian

Translation is temporary frozen and ready to commit.
I just want to see Diego's magic "commit" word :)

What is done:

1. all pages except news-archive,projects and dload are translated.
2. dload and projects are partially translated (translation of skin
and project lists are not finished)
3. news-archive still untranslated (file is made with "svn copy" from
english one)
4. added design7/images/lang_ru.png
5. added design7/src/selector-ru
