[MPlayer-DOCS] Broken links: mailing lists and US download link

Hi,

the mailing list links in http://www.mplayerhq.hu/DOCS/HTML/en/mailinglists.html are all broken.

Also, the main download page http://www.mplayerhq.hu/design7/dload.html gives the link http://www3.mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/releases/win32/MPlayer-mingw32-1.0pre8.zip for the Windows download in the US, but it results in "permission denied". The other given links work.
