Hmmm, I was actually unaware that MEncoder supports a config file
different from MPlayer since I'm so blissfully unaware of what
MEncoder does in general.  However, I have a hunch that this is
completely undocumented, so this will have to be mentioned in the man
page.  Does MEncoder read the MPlayer config file as well?  Does it have
a system-wide config file?
