If you are getting an ICE or an insn you are already past that point
and have a broken instead of a working compiler.  Sticking with it is
not going to help.  Of course if this happens after an upgrade you can
go back to the previous version.  So what about:

Upgrading or downgrading your compiler often makes the problem go away.
