This seems just perfect to me (anyway, I'm not really the one to trust
for that kind of things).
I'd just like to add something like that to the DOCS section:

  * experimental documentation of experimental codec Snow
or
  * documentation in DOCS/tech of experimental codec Snow

Either don't flow right or don't look good to me, but I'm sure you
know what I mean.
