[MPlayer-DOCS] missing inttypes.h

[Torinthiel]

faq.xml, on line245 tells to install inttypes.h in case it's missing.
It event provides a link
http://www.mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/releases/win32-beta/contrib/inttypes.h
Problem is, that link doesn't work. Where is the file, so FAQ can be
fixed?
