[MPlayer-DOCS] Some things about the XML docs

Hi all,

I'm currently updating the docs (maybe a bit late ;), and here's what I 
noticed while doing it:

- in format.xml:

1) PVA specs are not available anymore:
<ulink url="http://www.technotrend.de/download/av_format_v1.pdf"/>

2) C. Marillat's homepage have moved (formerly marillat.free.fr):
it's now http://hpisi.nerim.net/. this URL has already been updated in 
ports.xml.

3) XMMS input plugins' page have moved:
this is
http://www.xmms.org/plugins.php?category=input
instead of
http://www.xmms.org/plugins_input.html

4) Ogg website is not available:
http://ogg.org/ogg/vorbis/download/vorbis_nightly_cvs.tgz
(anyway, nightly builds seems not to be available anymore)

- in install.xml:

Gimp's HSI RAW plugin n/a:
http://realtime.ssu.ac.kr/~lethean/mplayer/

-in mencoder.xml:

is this example right?

(notice the mf://*.jpg, shouldn't it be mf://*.png instead?)

- in ports.xml:

1) D. Mierzejewski's homepage is reported "SLOW". maybe we should use another 
mirror:
http://sunsite.icm.edu.pl/pub/linux/greysector/mplayer/

2) typo in MEncoder for MorphOS url:
this is
http://www.morphzone.org/modules/mydownloads/singlefile.php?lid=92
and not
http://www.morphzone.org/modules/mydownloads/singlefile.php?lid=912
