Yes. CC means carbon copy.  I sent a mail to the list and a carbon
copy to Arpi, since he does not actively follow the list.

Now please send a mail to Arpi in private that tells him you are to be
the Italian man page maintainer.  Tell him what login name you want
and your first password.  I'll tell you his mail address in a private
followup.  Then read DOCS/tech/cvs-howto.txt and follow those rules.
The first thing you need to do is change your password as described
there.
