[MPlayer-DOCS] xvidencopts description in manpage is obsolete

Hmmm, but psnr is still available in ve_xvid.c.  This is a mess.  We
currently have an xvid section in the man page that contains a cvs
-HEAD subsection.  How do we solve this?  Do we have to create a xvid4
subsection?

Even incomplete patches would be a great help.
