[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] configure: always #define HAVE_{NANO, U, }SLEEP

Hi,

the attached patch always defines HAVE_{NANO,U,}SLEEP constants.

On GNU/Linux this fixes the the -Wundef warnings for 
ffmpeg/libavutil/time.c and on systems lacking nanosleep(), but having 
usleep() or sleep() this fixes function av_usleep() from that file.
