another patch, sorry :)

a friend tell to me to append an option
for osd-3d depth : is done.
I've a litle factorize the source code.


Descripton:
- you con use OSD on sbs, sbsr, ou, our : -osd-3d
- choose depth : -osd-3d-depth

Usage :
mplayer  -fs -vo vdpau -vc \
ffmpeg12vdpau,ffwmv3vdpau,ffvc1vdpau,ffh264vdpau, \
-subfont-osd-scale 1 -subfont-text-scale 1 -osd-3d 2 -osd-3d-depth
20 ...
or
mplayer  -fs -vo xv -ass  -ass-use-margins -subfont-osd-scale 1
-subfont-text-scale 2 -osd-3d 2 -osd-3d-depth 20 ...
