[MPlayer-dev-eng] Terrible playback issues

A quick build (static this time, with ffmpeg snapshot 3fe00ca i.e. Reimar's
last patch to libavcodec/mpegvideo.c) is fine. Seems that it is a ffmpeg
issue since.

(And the screenshot issue mentioned on the mplayer-user list is gone as
well.)
