[MPlayer-dev-eng] Question about FPS

I'm (slowly) tweaking the Blackmagic Decklink patch and I'm wondering if 
there is some kind of global frame timing in use when outputting wmv 
files (vc1 encoded in this case). Since the decklink requires a fixed 
fps based on the output/display mode selected, I use a simply 
accumulator to track when a frame should be output (possible skipped, or 
output twice etc). That doesn't work so hot when vo_fps is 1000 :-)

If some other output device deals with that, it would be handy to know 
so i can look for reference. Otherwise, where would I find a list of 
available globals etc?
