Ok, let's use the one from mingw-w64 while I'm developing this
feature, as this file will change often. When EVR support is stable
and evr.h is updated several times and is in a good shape, I will
write you and ask you to include it in mphq, which will make it more
accessible for any future users.

I hope this is acceptable.
