[MPlayer-dev-eng] better support for multiple monitors

i plan to donate in a few days however i would like to see better 
support for dual monitors.

presently i don't like the fact when you go full screen on one monitor 
it blacks out the other i don't know if there is a fix for this in the 
settings but a fix either way would be greatly appreciated it seems to 
be a mac thing VLC behaves the same way
