vlc says libbluray will be moving to git in a week or so. hopefully.

could we commit both patches? then we can test libbluray against
something (even if it only supports a small amount of non bd+ discs).

i was thinking it would be similar to dvd and dvdnav. also maybe its
faster/smaller/able to include it in more distros vs libbluray which
could be banned (see decss fiasco).
