[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] factorize version handling

This patch moves the MPlayer version string into one object file so that
it can be reused from other parts instead of duplicated.  Now only one
file needs to get recompiled after a version bump.

I intend to apply this soon.  Does anybody see a better way to implement
this?
