I have two small patches with fixes for ao_pulse, and then a set of
patches building on each other: get_time as 64-bit quantity, vdpau
enhancements including vsync handling and flashing reduction, more
stable audio pts, new a-v sync and frame scheduling based on pts values
and vsync timing, sync playback speed to display refresh rate, sync
audio/video after a seek, sync audio/video after a pause. Included in
the set is also: changing speed keeps a-v in sync and start audio/video
before video/audio if streams start at different starting time.

Apart from the smaller patches, all major parts that changes how mplayer
works, are only active if a special option is set.
