Hi,

Attached is a patch that adds support for Bluray discs playback
through external libbluray.
It should features complete BD structure parsing and streaming.
Decryption (AACS/BD+) is not yet supported and will be done by
libbluray in a transparent manner to MPlayer.

By opposition to DVD, you don't have to read the device in RAW mode
but specify a path/location to a valid BD structure.
Hence, it only works with non-scrambled BDs or backed up ones.

Use it one of the following way:
- mplayer bd:// -bd-device /path/to/disc
- mplayer bd:////path/to/disc

Included is manpage, configure and i18n stuff.
It also uses -identify mode for frontends.

Further work will be done later for optional slave mode needs (if
needed, haven't checked yet).

Please have a review at it before I do commit it.

Ben
