[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Allow gmplayer the use of non-UTF-8 filename encoding

Hi,

so far, the gmplayer cannot handle non-UTF-8 filename encoding (but set to an
arbitrary locale). The patch allows the (GLib) filename encoding to be in an
arbitrary locale (given by gtk environment variable G_FILENAME_ENCODING), and
the GUI dialogs will display and handle these filenames correctly.
