I used the the latest mplayer (get by svn) to play analog tv with our
card(tlg2300)

[1] the log for "mplayer tv://" :

........................................................................

mplayer: could not open config files /root/.lircrc and /etc/lircrc
mplayer: No such file or directory
Failed to read LIRC config file ~/.lircrc.

Playing tv://.

[2] when I used the follow command : "mplayer
tv://chanlist=china-bcast:channel=71:normid=6"
<1> My driver did not get the PAL-D setting,instead, the driver get the
NTSC-M mode.
<2> Mplayer did not set the frequency 671250 which is converted from the
"chanlist=china-bcast:channel=71"

Mplayer did not do the right parsing for the command.

environment :
OS : fedora 10
driver : our card's driver compliant to V4L2

best regards
