[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] MMST, ASF header parser and stream selector

Hi,

patch updated and split.

Problems patch fixes all at once: audio/video streams are all recognized
now, streams can be selected always (that fixes bug #1321 too), streams 
can be unselected, server don't trasmit unused streams anymore, and more 
minor cases...

Patch still requires a header file updated, please see "MMS/ASF minor
changes" post.
