[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] prevent loading of default subtitle with -noautosub

When playing video files with internal subtitles, like for example a
matroska container, mplayer will always display subtitles and while it's
possible to choose which one, you can't prevent it from displaying one at
all. It just sets the default subtitle track without any way to prevent
this.

So I've written a small patch that skips this when -noautosub is set. I've
also made a trivial change to the manpage to reflect this. (If a new option
is prefered, I can of course change the patch, but I believe -noautosub to
be an obvious choice for someone looking for this behaviour. Also, in some
translations, it already sounds as if -noautosub does that.)
