[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] mkv chapters and linked segments

An updated version of the patch, it now clears ASS events on switching
segments (so you won't see subs from previous segment anymore) and
works with latest SVN.
It isn't any less of a hack though, so devs shouldn't waste their time
reviewing this; i just thought some people might find this useful.
