[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] sync vd_ffmpeg for realvideo decoders

Hi all,
 realvideo decoders expect a different frame format after  commit
r10825.
The attached patch changes the frame coming from real demuxer into the
format expected by the codec (rv10/20 now and 30/40 when they get
committed)

I'll apply it soon if there is no objection.
