[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Matroska/Wavpack-support

This patch enables playback support of wavpack streams inside matroska 
containers. Since Wavpack-support is already provided by ffdshow the changes 
are just minor/trivial. On my test playback works fine, so I ignored the body 
of the last if-statement. This patch was originally conceived by Arne Bochem, 
so thanks to him, I just adjusted it for HEAD.
