[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH, Discussion] User friendly feature: don't complain about avisynth dll

This patch stops mplayer from complaining about avisynth dll load 
failures. Avisynth is highly specific, it's not useful for playing back 
anything, and those who are trying to use it better know what they're 
doing. Currently avisynth failure message is presented to the user 
anytime the user tries to play a file which mplayer can not play, 
causing the user to try hunt for the avisynth dlls and eventually 
asking on #mplayer or the mailing list...

afaik it doesn't even work on Linux.
