[MPlayer-dev-eng] patch: VFCTRL_RESET and vf_nailfps.c

Actually, hold off a bit on the submitted patches.  I' finishing up a
more complete package...

1) vfctrl_reset
2) -ao pcm fix so that multiple globbed dumps from one commandline
don't overwrite each other
3) pass audio pts through af pipeline (similar to code for vf pipeline)
4) add af_control_reset for seeks.

...and the point of the above:

5) vf_nailfps (-ofps for mplayer)
6) af_nailsync (use with nailfps; uses audio pts for -vf nailfps
metronome.  Gets the initial sync offset right automatically,
                        sync survives discontinuities and transitions
across multiple files when used with -fixed-vo)

..and i'll fix up the niggles and documentation as discussed.
