Better reimplement, the offical SDK is indeed endian boggus.

I've started an FFMPEG MonkeyAudio demuxer/decoder (well demuxer only
at the moment) to hopefully solve this dilemna someday. No idea when
it'll be ready though. At least demuxer is going well right now.
