Well, most of the code was wrong in one way or another, so things took a
bit longer.

Didn't use too much the combination of -novideo and seeking I guess,
since that would always display "Position: 0 %"

Details? What does "multiple avs" mean? Does the problem exist with the
code as it is in SVN now?

All issues this addresses should be fixed in SVN, and a few more.
Well, two exceptions: currently always one second of audio is demuxed at
once. There was possibly some performance problem with that, I'll fix it
when a bug report comes up.
And audio_delay argument for the seek function is unused - I just forgot
about that.
