[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] new slave mode playtree commands

I added three commands to slave mode, get_pt, pt_insert, and pt_delete to
allow for better manipulation of the playtree in slave mode. Previously the
only actions available where  to replace it or append to it.
