[MPlayer-dev-eng] No sound by default and wrong audio id numbering on ffh264/faad file

Hello

I've just uploaded the file following files to incoming:
XMAS_VIDEO_Oxygene_30th_Anniversary.mov (video)
XMAS_VIDEO_Oxygene_30th_Anniversary.log (mplayer -v)

When not defining -aid 1 theres no sound because it seems
to default on -aid 2 which fails with this message:

Opening audio decoder: [faad] AAC (MPEG2/4 Advanced Audio Coding)
FAAD: Failed to initialize the decoder!
ADecoder init failed :(
ADecoder init failed :(
Cannot find codec for audio format 0x6134706D.
Read DOCS/HTML/en/codecs.html!
Audio: no sound

Playing the file with -aid 1 works.

I was told that mplayer should always start at id 0
for both audio and video but audio starts at 1:

[mov] Video stream found, -vid 0
[mov] Audio stream found, -aid 1
[mov] Audio stream found, -aid 2
