[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Ignore mouse move commands when pausing.

Hello,

When we capture mouse movement events, it will break the pausing
status if mouse moved on the play window. When pausing, mouse move
should be ignored, here's a patch for it.

If there's no objections, I will apply it tomorrow.
