[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] demux_lavf to support PCM S 16/24 BE with no codec tag

Hi

this patch adds support for big endian pcm in container with no codec
tag (mxf, gxf, s302m ....).
demux_lavf cannot find a codec tag since big endian pcm cannot be stored
in wav, I guess.
