My example was incomplete: Imagine that deep inside that EULA something
to the effect of "By accepting this EULA you agree to pay $10000 in
extra license fees next year and every year thereafter.".  Everybody
would overlook it since it was surrounded by noise.

Of course this example is pathological and most probably not legal
either, but the point should be clear: If important information is
surrounded by unintelligible noise it will get overlooked.

This is the point of my patches: Make the important and interesting
information stand out by taking away the debug noise.
