[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] support for arbitrary audio stream switching

This patch permits to switch to arbitrary audio streams, unlike the 
current code that
only permits to cycle between streams of the same type.
At the moment only demux_mpg can work accordingly, but the same can be 
implemented
for matroska files.

I'd like to have some report :)
