[MPlayer-dev-eng] Support request : MMES (Matrox MPEG2 i-frame)

It is normal that there is no audio : it is stored in a separate .wav file
(pcm).

This sample comes from a french tv channel, as far as I know, it was
generated by some matrox acquisition hardware. My goal is to make a batch
process to publish low bitrate files for their partners, and I was looking
if I could use mplayer/mencoder for that.

Anyway, thank you for the tip, and many thanks to everyone for a such great
software. :)
