[MPlayer-dev-eng] Do we need to check for CPU types with --enable-runtime-cpudetection?

Hi,

Currently CPU type identification is performed even when we configure
for runtime cpu detection, and such information is discarded later
because we set -march=i486 -mtune=i686 explicitly. Besides, there's an
inconsistency here: runtime cpu detection sets our bottom line to
i486, but configure-time cpu detection accepts i386, too.
