[MPlayer-dev-eng] mencoder crash with dct motion estimation (cmp=3:subcmp=3:mbcmp=3 )

Someone has mentioned a fix for this in the ffmpeg mailing lists:

The fix is not applied to trunk yet, but i applied it on my machine, and its
working fine.
Will submit a patch if its not fixed on trunk in a few days.
