Conversion is easy, but only if you understand the whole charset myth. It's 
really a pain in the ass to hear those users crying "MPlayer is lame, it 
cannot even handle my subtitle...". Is there anyway to detect the ucs-2 file? 
so we can give some info about that in the output.
