The trouble is that there are separate sets of radio buttons for each 
item. All items require a selection, so leaving a set blank results in 
error.

Mr. Farre:
I'd be happy to fill out your survey, but right now I cannot complete it 
accurately; as Diego pointed out, mplayer has neither a forum nor a 
newsgroup, so any selection I choose would be erroneous.
