[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] -speed for MEncoder

Adds -speed to MEncoder, works fine for any -oac except -oac copy. for -oac 
copy, gives a warning, TRIES to do it, and then continues. If the audio is 
not pcm or some other uncompressed format, resulting AVI will be very broken, 
otherwise perfect.

Uhh, I still didn't come up with a good message for that warning. it should be 
something loud like:

YOUR ENCODE MIGHT BE BROKEN
======================

or similar. :)
