[MPlayer-dev-eng] xvid zones patch

Hi

I've created a patch that adds xvid zones (the xvid equivalent to 
vrc_override in libavcodec) to mencoder.

Attached is the diff and the documentation for the patch.

Many thanks to ShadowJK, gpoirier and the guys in #xvid for finding all the
bugs in my code.
