[MPlayer-dev-eng] configure force enable all

Well, I don't want to start another flamewar, we had enough already.
So instead of arguing I had written a little sample code.

Look at the attachment and tell me what do you think.

The code is not finished yet (actually not sure if it works at all),
but you should get the idea.

(it is diff -b as I had also made indentation changes)
