[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] DV demux control function

Rather simple patch for RAWDV demuxer which lets it say whats the total movie 
length. The seek function was happy about assuming these variables as 
absolutes, so so did I.
Now when playing DV files, the OSD shows the total length, and 'mplayer 
-identify' shows a correct 'ID_LENGTH'.

I did do this for my own selfish purposes. :) But is there any reason not to 
have this?..
