[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] format fallback for ao_sdl

Hi,
currently ao_sdl simply quits when it doesn't support a format, instead 
of telling MPlayer which format it wants instead.
IMHO this is stupid, and in addition it's different from how other vos 
behave.
Patch that changes this attached.
