Considering that my xvidix driver still doesn't work correctly (frame tearing),
I post early (may be nonsense) benchmarks:

mplayer -nosound -benchmark -vo xv

BENCHMARKs: VC: 127.829s VO: 110.852s A: 0.000s Sys: 7.346s = 246.026s
BENCHMARK%: VC: 51.9573% VO: 45.0571% A: 0.0000% Sys: 2.9857% = 100.0000%

mplayer -nosound -benchmark -vf yuy2 -vo tdfx_vid

BENCHMARKs: VC: 125.271s VO: 118.685s A: 0.000s Sys: 8.061s = 252.017s
BENCHMARK%: VC: 49.7074% VO: 47.0941% A: 0.0000% Sys: 3.1986% = 100.0000%

mplayer -nosound -benchmark -vf yuy2 -vo xvidix

BENCHMARKs: VC: 124.979s VO: 39.357s A: 0.000s Sys: 7.952s = 172.288s
BENCHMARK%: VC: 72.5409% VO: 22.8439% A: 0.0000% Sys: 4.6153% = 100.0000%

My system:
Celeron (early L2-cacheless) 300MHz @ 338 (4,5 * 75MHz)
AGP SkyWell TwinPower Voodoo Banshee 16MB
128MB SDRAM

Linux 2.4.22
MPlayer: CVS 20040309, compiled with gcc 3.3.3, run-rime profiled

Video: DivX, 720x576
