[MPlayer-dev-eng] live.com gcc3.x patches

Hi all,

at the risk of reinventing the wheel (I did not search extensivly through the archives) I have created two small patches that solve a problem if you want to build the live.com codecs on machines with gcc3.x. 

I hope it is of any use (it did the trick for me) or else I wish you all the best :-)

building the live.com codecs on my Debian Sid systeem returned an error about the depricated strstream.h (since gcc3.x ?)

I changed the !necessary! stuff (the stuff that stopped it from building) to use the sstream header instead and changed a bit of the code that needed some adjustment because of the header change.

I am not a `professional' c++ programmer but these changes are very minor and easy to check so I hope it is useful.
