no, it didn't help..i get the same x11_common.c file (but i also built a
new copy from a fresly checkouted cvs, and it still doesn't work).

please note.. my x11_common is on the newest revision (1.166) (i usually
do a cvs up -dAP),
what i wrote in my orig. mail is that between r1.163 and r1.165
something broke.


can you try it in kde-or-gnome?
