Several, all in the ~233MB range. Uploading just a sample wouldn't work,
I think, because the subtitles are all contiguous at one point a fair
ways into the file; if you want me to upload one of the complete files
anyway, just tell me where

I had been given the impression that OpenDML was intended both to extend
AVI indices beyond the 2GB limit and to support more than just the basic
one audio/one video stream in the file; if that isn't the case, I
suppose I'll have to go back where I got these and look more closely to
find out what actually was used.
